TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel from our studio in Sydney all the way to your doorstep.

SHIPPING ISSUES

1.My order is delayed — what should I do?

2. My parcel was returned to sender — now what?
If a delivery is missed or unclaimed, your parcel may be returned to us.
Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping fee.

3. I entered the wrong shipping address — can I fix it?

  • Before dispatch: Email us immediately at hello@kukugo.com.au with the correct address.
  • After dispatch: We'll try to re-route, but success is not guaranteed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we’re unable to fulfill it.
If this happens, you’ll be notified via email and refunded in full.
